What's spam?

Spam is the delightful hunk of luncheon meat that I cut chunks from and fry every morning for breakfast (: Spam goes good with eggs. Spam is made of pig innards left from the knackers (Just like sausages). This explains why they never really list the ingredients of spam correctly :3 I love spam :3

Spam is unsolicited information or invitation, whether regarding joining a club, website, forum, or any thing like such; or a product and/or service which is meant to be paid for or even free. The crux of the concept is you did not request for the information or it is unwanted. In other words, it's unwanted originally although in some rear cases, it may be beneficial. Spam may come in form of email, fax, phone call, text message, and even in online fora in the form of posting. Even here in mylot, some do spam. There was a day i entered mylot and i saw i guy shouting for guidance on a particular money making product, only to discover, after some moments of scrutiny, that the guy was only marketing that product. But he posted his referral link right in the post in a form a non-webmaster will not understand it to be a referral link. I won't state the form he posted it. This is spamming in terms of forum posting In conclusion, the issue of spam transcends email and its a punishable offense in some contests. Enjoy and happy mylotting!

I wouldn't call unsolicited phone calls spam... spam is an internet term for unsolicited and unwanted emails. Phone calls are annoying, but they are not spam.

hello diamania, Spam also know as junk. The spam is unidentified or unknown email send to our email, so the spam email come to junk email. Usually a commercial email is category for spam email. So, we must verify or add that email to our email contact list. After we verify or add in our email contact list, that email is legal know.

spam is thrash, because i rarely read any spam in my email:) well it is actually a mail without content that concern to you at the moment. I mean you may said a mail is spam just because you dont need that mail at that moment only, dont know if there is a use for future time. Oh yeah FYI, mail without content sometimes consider as a spam from the email provider
