Do athletes get paid too much?

Athletes like Michael Schumacher and Tiger Woods are pulling in over 40 million a year, not including endorsments. Do you think that's too much to be paying an athlete?

Yes!!! There are some really talented people out there that do not earn ANY money. I understand these people are good or great athletes, but come on! He or she was just luck enough to get noticed! Why else did Tiger's father take him on to talk shows at such a young age? For exposure! I have a very talented voice but my father had no clue what to do to help me. Nor did I know as I was growing up. Only now do they like to have reality shows. Yes, the lucky people are overpaid. LOL

I have always thought so. But there are so many fans, that they get the bucks anyway.

Yes entirely too much! No one needs that much money and meanwhile people are starving and can't pay their bills!
