Today it is common diabetes is common disease many are suffereing from this in all countries. but it is very harmful for those ladies who are going to be pregnant and having diabetes. What you need to dothat time is you have to keep your glucose normal or close to normal as much as possible and during the pregnancy You need to take healthy food and regular check up of your glucose.Other wise it would be very harmful for your baby. This would be better if you make a plan of regual diet it would be very helpful to be healthy and caring of your baby. other wise there would be many effects on your baby health like risk of having birth defects or he may have low weight or too hight weight. there would be more problems in future. so it is very important to keep care of your self and your baby.

Thank you for this helpful information. I do have a friend that has diabetes and has been fortunate to have four healthy children because she kept her diet in check while being pregnant.
