Help! Can't copy/delete files on vista!

AAAArghr :( This has never happened before. I've tried rebooting and defragmenting my hard drives and even deleted all my temporary files (Now I'll have a hard time trying to remember my password for mylot :3) but it just simply takes forever to copy or delete a file on my computer. It's not like it's very big or anything. It's only 66Kilobytes large :( Could anyone care to help me or just suggest a solution?

hi dear friend dont worry dear just restore your computer there will be a restore option in your system do that i think it will help you

Hey there (: I'm working in safe mode and it works now. I'll try and diagnose the problem from here. Thanks yet again for posting! (: You gave me that idea.
