Usually I like to be in bed by 11 in summer. When school is in session I like to be in bed no later than 10 usually it's earlier. But when I'm working they dictate that really as we've been open as late as 11 recently wich means I don't get home til nearly midnight & I need some time to settle down from my evening and before I know it, it's 1am.

it varies. going to bed time and actually sleeping are two different things. my insomnia usually keeps me up til at least 4 am.

Most of the time we go to bed anywhere between 11pm and 1am. It depends on what we're doing. Hubby doesn't usually get home until like 7pm, or some nights he works till 9. Then when he gets home we'll usually watch a movie which doesn't end until 11 or 11:30. Then we might chat for a little while... or something else... you know... wink wink... then by the time we're actually going to sleep it's like 1am. We only ever go to bed before 11 if we're sick or something.

I never have a set bedtime but even during school I make sure I'm asleep before 2 AM because otherwise there is a chance I'll be up until the sun begins to shine. For school it doesn't really bug me having to go to bed super early since my earliest class this year is 11 AM so therefore if I sleep in till 10 its fine. Plus I can only get 5 hours of sleep and then take a nap in between classes since I have a 3-4 hour block.

It all depends on what I have to do and what time I get in from work. I always try to get everything ready for the next day and clean up a bit. So, by the time I actually sit down and relax it is after 10pm. I like to watch a bit of tv before I go to bed and log in to my favorite websites. I have been known to go to bed around 2am. I really need to make a habit of getting to bed earlier.

Me, going to bed not sure if i consider me going to bed. I get some sleep but not like people who get 5 to 8 hours straight. Once I sleep it for 2 hours or 1 hour and 30 minute. It very wierd. The most amount of hours of sleep I can get is 5 hours no more than that. I usually force myself back to sleep before the big day begins. I wish I could sleep longer when necessary but sometime I can't. Someday I will nap and dont even notice it either. I do know for sure, If I do alot throughout the day I will be so sleepy and cant think straight. So hopefully I can manage to sleep at night and be awake throughout the day for college. It a tough one on me now.

I need time to settle down, too. Even though I don't work outside my house I have to wind down from the day. Usually it's settling into bed with a good book and the dogs. I try to get into bed around 10-11PM. If I don't, the dogs get restless and let me know it's time to snuggle in and go to sleep!

well i go to bed when i get sleepy. so i turn on tv listen and close my eyes and wait to fall alseep. without it on i can never fall alseep. its really weird. and with it on my sister can never fall alseep so its a big battle all the time at night time between us. she would turn on the lights and i would turn on the tv, anyway i got to bed on school days at 1 a.m or sometimes 12 p.m. then on weeekends i fall to sleep at like 10 p.m or earlier no fun. i have no clue why that always happens. my body is against me some days. well happy mylotting!

I used to work 3rd shift when my daughter was little, and that has caused me to be very much a night owl as I've gotten older. I typically try to be in bed at 2 am. Then I am also the one that gets up late in the morning. I'm really trying to change these habits, but it is so hard to do when for a large portion of my adult life I was forced to be up all night and sleep all day. In an ideal situation I'd like to go to bed at around midnight, that way I could get up earlier and enjoy more of the day.
