I noticed after more than 2 decades after his death; Ninoy Aquino is rembered now more than ever, probably because of Cory Aquino's death. People (esp. the youth) is more conscious of ninoy now, how good he is, and what he had been fighting and died for. what do you think of this?

I hate to say it but most of the Filipinos have amnesia and they they really know what the importance of an act such as the martyrdom of Ninoy Aquino. People will remember an then after some time they will just go on and do what they do. I think we need to be nationalistic in the real sense not only that we wear 3 stars and the sun design shirts and stuff like that but volunteer yourself to the betterment of our nation. Put effort in your nationalism not only that we just say that we are nationalistic because we remembered Ninoy but act now and do good in your own little way for our country.

it is more touching that more youth are aware of who is Benigno Aquinbo and what role did he played during the Marcos era. they are now aware how brave Ninoy was. i have four children and although they knew who was Ninoy they dont fully know what is Ninoy's role to the society. they saw it all on tv and was really bilib na bilib .

I've seen a documentary of Ninoy back in College. It was 7 years ago. Now, I think I've seen somewhat the exact documentary video on TV, and as always, it never failed to inspire me and it was a great feeling to know someone like Ninoy who'll do anything and be all brave to get the democracy of every Filipinos. He should always remember as he gives us the privilege and the life that what we have right now. I adore his wife Cory too, she's a great woman, will all her humility and simplicity. As we live each day, we should be thankful for the freedom we're getting as for all these is because of the great man who fought to gave his fellow Filipinos and country the freedom we deserve, as what Ninoy and Cory say, "Filipinos are worth it"!
