Do you brush your teeth again when.....

When you already brushed your teeth and yet you felt hungry then you ate, and especially at night? Well I always see to it that I do, even I so feel lazy doing it. But I'd always try to remember the downside of not brushing my teeth after eating especially at night. I've already have enough fillings and they're no joke if one of my teeth will given up on me. I've cracked my teeth once when I was eating this junk food, and I got freakingly scared. So as our elders say, brush your teeth everyday, you know we must do it, we don't want those teeth to fall out..

i do it more now than i did because my teeth have more problems and are more sensitive to pain from food such as suger say its more out of avoid pain by brushing my teeth after eating. i still need to go back to the dentist and get some work done on my teeth. as long as i keep a routine in place brushing my teeth at night and not eating and drinking just water my teeth can tolerate food better the next day. i brush more now than i ever did basicly. i should eliminate the soft drinks altogether but its very hard because i also like the caffeine and don't like coffee no where near as much. with all i said maybe it would just be better to get rid of the soft drinks, lol. i'll hold my urge more.

I am famous for having dental problems. In fact, my dentist secretary doesn't even have to look up my name anymore to spell it correctly when we're booking appointments. My brushing has greatly improved but I know it can continue to improve.

I brush my teeth at least twice a day, and always before I go to bed. Sometimes, though, I'll realize after I've already brushed my teeth that I'm hungry, and I can't sleep if I'm hungry. Usually if I eat after brushing my teeth, I'll just follow up with a good dose of mouthwash to get rid of the food particles.
