OMG! I was soooo dissapointed! I was actually looking forward to this movie...then after watching it i thought it was a load of rubbish and i thought the likes of the xmen were 30 times better, I thought the storyline was rubbish, and what buged me the most were those sooo fake stupid costumes they were all running round in! they were soo fake! Not to add corney, John (the blueman) was the only one i liked because he actually had powers and wasnt in a stupid costume. I am a big fan of movies and will watch anything (accept westerns) and i couldnt believe a movie that big and that well advertised was soo rubbish it was nearly as bad as the time i went to see open water! does anyone feel the same and was dissapointed with what they thought was going to be an excellent movie???

I am also quite dissapointed of the movie. As it Frank Miller's production, I expect an action movies with high impact action and remarkable cinematography. It turns out to be a long story, quite boring, the action is not that great, although in terms of story, I must say that the ending is pretty intriguing. How one man do bad things that might be good for the world. I don't think there will be a sequel for this movie though, it ends with a disappointing box office figure.

That was something that i forgot to mention! i noticed that the film started to drag on about half an hour before the end! But really it was just those stupid costumes that turned me off! I hate fake costumes that look like they have been bought from the fancy dress store that anyone can wear!! I mean look at x-men for some reason x-men costumes are brilliant and its pulled off without looking stupid or fake (well mabe not magneto) Superman also pulls it off with is silly costume but watchmen has a long way to go if it wants to catch up with the modern action superhero movies thanks for the response!

I notice that Watchmen has very colourful costume, maybe you instantly think it's like circus show costume, but I think overall it is quite good. I really like the idea of the one who always wear a mask, I don't know the logic behind why the mask always changing its face, but I think it's a cool idea.

enjoyed the graphic novel more than the film. I find most typographical and print editions to be more enjoyable than their derived films, though many films create an audiovisual expression of the material that is impressive and insightful. I felt that the film version of Watchmen was strange. A graphical novel is already pictorial. It is such a wonderful medium. Seeing a film of it felt much worse than a film adaptation of a typical book, that provides something new. It seemed both highly bereft of perspective and redundant.

I loved this movie it was one of the best super hero movies of all time because it was so unique. What made me love it more then most superhero movies was the music. Which the movie probably would of dragged on a lot if it wasnt for the awesome music which fitted in perfectly in every scene.
