What's the best way to clean sneakers? What's the best product to use?

I actually use a toothbrush, baking soda and a little water. Mix the baking soda and some water to make a paste and brush it on with the toothbrush in circular motions and then leave it on for a few minutes then take a cloth and then wipe of the baking soda and if you feel it needs whitened more then you can repeat. Other variations are peroxide and baking soda made into a paste no water added and brush on with toothbrush let set then rinse.. My sister in law has washed her kids shoes with a toothbrush and dips it in bleach..only good if they don't have areas that can be faded with bleach.

Oh yeah. That's a great idea! How did I not think of a toothbrush? Thanks a lot. I will definitely try this.

Good luck and hope it works for you. It is something I have always done, I just use our old toothbrushes and it usually works great for us..but if it is stubborn might wanna use the peroxide mixture some.

I am always wondering this as well! I actually work in a factory where we package cheese, and we wax cheese as well, so I get cheese and wax on my shoes ALL THE TIME. And they don't offer to clean our shoes, which I think they should, and I have no idea how to get my shoes even somewhat clean, they look really gross. The only thing I get to do at work is wash them off with a pressure hose and air hose, which helps, but doesn't get the grime off lol.

Wow. That would be a pain. I agree with you in that they should offer to clean your shoes or at least provide you with some special work shoes.
