I think i got depression

Recently i feel so tired i don't want to move don't want to talk to anybody.But if people talk to me i would anwere it.And i feel weak all over even do some easy thing I lost interesting.I became don't care most of things .Or maybe you can say everything. I was afraid maybe i got sick and it was confirmed by today morning.I searched depression symptom.It was totally just like my situation. My attention always can't focus on one thing am i need go see a doctor? did anyone have the same experenice.Help me pls.Thank you..Thank you.

From my experience, people usually can't tell if they are depressed. You seem to be well aware of the symptoms. Also, many times people don't usually have ALL of the depression symptoms. I've come to notice that the more people know about depression the more they think they've got it. Have you been reading or got info recently on depression? I still think you need to see a psychologist, but since you have a lot of physical symptoms as well, you should do a physical too. Although depression is commonly accompanied by physical symptoms, it might be that you are physically ill and that may cause you to get depressed. Also, a change in hormones may cause depression. It might be nothing but I suggest you do both, see a psychologist and a physician just to be sure. Good luck. In the meantime, don't push yourself in things you loose interest quickly. Try something new and interesting and see how that works.

Subhealthy?! I want to come up with a big suggestion,We Chinese or any other countries can use their own language to communicate with their countryman.Is there anyone dig me? In order to be counted into spam in danger,we can mix and remix and English words in it.Actually Chinese Pinyin is also limit to 26 alphabet,it just can't be recognized by who can't understand Chinese Pinyin

You can get a medical opinion when you see a doctor. Maybe it's not as serious as you think. I get sad sometimes and just want to hid away from my family and sleep too. That feeling usually passes so I don't think I need to see doctor unless it's always troubling me. If how you're feeling is bothering you a lot, then go see a doctor and see what he/she says.

Hi Ruby, sometimes we women tend to go through these things. Why don't you give it a few days then see if you are feeling better. Sometimes all you need to do is force yourself to go outside into the fresh air. Drink plenty of water and get some exercise. If after doing all of these things and you're still not feeling better you might want to consider going to see a doctor. I want you to know that I'm here for you if you'd like to talk more about it. YES..I am no doctor but on my past experinces it sounds like you do have depression. You need to try and snap out of it. Look around and see what is bothering you so bad. Try to fix the issue that you feel may be causing you to feel so down and out. I also would like to suggest that you try a natural herb in pill form. It is called 5-HTP. It works very well for me. I found it at Wal-mart and gave it a try. In as little as 2 days I saw a big difference. Give it a try and let me know how it worked out.

I suffer from depression myself, and it does sound like you have it, but there could also be medical issues going on instead, such as chronic fatigue syndrome, vitamin B12 deficiency, etc. I would first of all discuss your symptoms with your primary doctor to rule out any medical causes for how you feel. Then I would make an appointment with a psychologist to get tested for depression. Either way, this isn't something you should try to diagnose or deal with on your own. Best of luck finding the source of your discomfort. :)

You do seem to have the signs of depression. However I think everyone gets depressed every now and then. I know sometimes I feel like just laying down and ignoring the world. I have found in reality that actually makes it worse. If you have felt like this for awhile, you might want to see the doctor. I hope that you feel better soon, feeling like that isnt any fun.

Hello, the best way is go to see a doctor... depression is hard to fix if you are too late on it. Are you worrying too much about financial or something was hitting you too much? such as work, husband, boyfriend or family member? if so, yes you are on stress... deeply stress... and you have to fix it as soon as possible. I used to feel that when I about to broke lolz... but I dont want this happen to me cuz I have people to responsible

Yes, I can fully aware your emotion and situation now. Please just relax. This is not your seak,just you have sth to adjust in your Psychology. Please think all things over, what is the main point that caused you to this situation,your job, family member or bf? Then find solutions to it. Sth needs to give up will be better. If you're still able to talk to people when they talk to you, you're still fine. You have some symptoms of depression but I think it's minor, and you don't have to see a doctor yet. I believe you've been stressed from your studies or work. What you could do is take a break, meet some friends and have fun with them. The more you stay alone and think, the worse your condition would be. Try my advise first. If it doesn't help then maybe you shoud see a doctor

Maybe you are a little bit tired on some things you are doing. That is one of stress factor. Why don't you chill-out, unwind, go treat yourself and don't think of anything aside from doing anything you want to do. :)

I would start with some physical activity that you really enjoy. Exercise is paramount when dealing with depression. Not only will it make you feel better about yourself physically, but your mood will improve as natural endorphins are released as a result of the exercising. Setting and reaching goals is very important and will also help you greatly.

hello ruby i saw ur problem dude i think u dont need a doctor personally because i think the problem u got is not because of physical sickness or any but due to mental tortures or any of those kind because me too experienced the same thing when i could not get what i need whatever it could be dear it is very common in ahuman life that we feel a lot if anything happened out of our order without our control and i think presently you are facing the same problem dear .The way you can solve your problem is that its better you make friends of goood kind it cannot be of personal but it can be through chat or through person . It better cures your problem and makes you to feel better so that you can do your things and works by yourself without any others help -shravan kumar.
