Bernie Madoff may not serve much of his sentence

Disappointing. I wanted him to spend at least 20 years behind bars. But that jail sounds as if it's more of a country club so maybe a painful death is more just. What an evil man! I wouldn't wish cancer on anyone, but if anyone ever deserved a disease it's Bernie Madoff.

hi dragon54u oh yes that evil man deserves whatever is unpleasant to happen to him, and may he stay behind bars even as he is dying with cancer. He bilked so many many people out of their money and he had no remorse whatever so let him rot in prison. good enough for him.He should have been imprisoned in the most vile facility we have instead of a luxury type prison.

The SEC officials that ignored tips and warnings should also be imprisoned. I heard just yesterday that some people who lost money because of their ignoring Madoff have filed suit against the SEC. I hope everyone goes down the river who deserves to!
