Egg Salad recipes

I wanted to make egg salad for my husband for lunches. I'm looking for some different ideas though! I've made it before but it just didn't have quite enough flavor, at least I didn't think so. So I'm curious to hear what you put in your egg salad!!

HI, mY GRANDMOTHER USE TO MAKE US EGG SALAD FOR OUR SCHOOL LUNCHES & BOY WERE THEY GOOD. SHE FIXED HER EGG SALAD DIFFERENT THAN ANYONE I HAVE EVER SEEN. sHE WOULD MAKE EXTRA SCRAMBLED EGGS AT BREAKFAST & THAT'S WHAT SHE MADE HER EGG SALAD FROM INSTEAD OF BOILED eggs. She put mayo, salt, pepper & crumbleed up bacon in it. They were one of my favorite sandwiches.

Their is a number of things that you can add to your egg salad to give it more taste, Try adding some fresh herbs, bacon, celery, peppers, onions. you can also add a little mustard to give it a little more flavor. Salt, pepper, paprika, when i make mine i just look around to see what i have and i add different things each time i make it.

hi jennlk I love eggsalad but it hasnt much flavor so I as'crumble wellcooked bacon, tiny pieces of celery and greenpepper and some thinly sliced onion, then sprinkle in a little basil and some pepper'and now you have some flavor and I always use Hidden valley'ranch dressing in my egg salad its so good. oh and add 'some thinly sliced sweet pickles very good

I don't make egg salad too often. When I do make it though I put in some black pepper, mayonaisse and sometimes some salt. I know some people put in some pickle relish or even some diced red pepper.

I am Italian and are big thing is adding black olives sliced thin to the egg salad. It has a little bit of something and is a bit salty so you don't want to over salt.
