Has this ever happened to you? You have been anticipating for a film to arrive at the movie theaters or your favorite channel, you cant wait to see it, its been all you´ve been waiting for, had the night or day planned out and everything, you and your sentimental other or friend were finally going to watc the film, but then... someone else beat you to it and ends up talking to you about it, or you end up reading about it online by mistake at a discussion form or anywhere else... You hate it when it happens or as it helped you out? does it kill the expectation of the film or does it feed it more? State experiences...

It depends on my anticipation on a film. If I am really looking forward to a film then I want people to hide their spoilers in spoiler tags or give warnings. However if it's a film I'm not caring either way then I don't care if I read spoilers. But I do want people to warn people nevertheless.

Being here and there almost made me forget of my discussion. I already mentioned that someone told me how the movie Orphan was, kinda killed it for me, but U know, now theres this other film, that its from 2007 called "The Nanny Diaries", Oh man, Im hiding right now from the potential spoilers!

As someone who spends a lot of time writing movie reviews which leads to a lot of research I hate it when I read a review which basically tells you not only the outcome but also any twists. What's the point in doing that when the person reading purely wants to know what you thought of it not what happens in detail. It really is my pet hate when it comes to some movie reviewers. As for people blabbing a spoiler to me, most people know better than to tell me anything important about a movie in fear of getting their head bitten off.

I had an experience with that. My hubbie kinda blurred out what the movie "Orphan" was about. I wasnt anticipating in seeing it but I did have it in my list of watchfuls just in case... it kinda ruined it for me! On the other hand though, it did spare me from spending a few bucks in something I wasnt going to like so I guess there is a positive in almost everything.
