I don't take things out on others no matter how bad a day I have. It's not their fault and no reason to blame them. If my day is really rotten, I am better to be out and about and in a crowd of people. I like to go to the casino and so many employees know me. I can mingle, gamble or just do a bunch of nothing there. Just being out of the house helps me alot.

You know I can do both, i can explode and I can moved away from them. When I am having a bad day, I let it obvious. I do not throw away things, but I can't control my temper. When I have a bad day, when someone is asking me what happen I do not usually tell it instantly, I just keep silent and they know it already and after making it obvious to them that will be the time that I moved away. Even if it is not their fault I don't talk to them. I talk back when I am okay. Most of my friends knew me and they understand when i am like these, even my family. When I am having a bad day, i like to analyze it myself. I usually want to be alone and relieve the stress that I am feeling.

Hello jj. When having a bad day, I would like to stay away from the others, but keep myself in my own apartment, either to sleep or to surf online. It won't be long before I get back to normal again.

I don't like to be around people when I'm in a bad mood. If they want to talk about what's going on in their lives, I couldn't concentrate on what they say but if they talk about me, I would get even more upset. I prefer being by myself when I'm in a bad mood

I take a lot of deep breaths, even before I think as well as speak. I talk slower than usual and think good things and slowly everything passes and life gets back to normal.
I don't take it out on others hoping that when it is their turn, they won't take it our on me.

I normally try to stay by myself so that I won't take it out on other people. It is not their fault that I had a bad day. Now, that I don't have a job I find it hard not to have a bad day. Good discussion. Have a great day,.

Depending on how bad a day I can sometimes let it go without a problem. Other times I will just go and be by myself and try to relax and let it pass.
