Yes. I think it is true. I have heard of others in the OB office talk about it and the doctor talk about it. Out of 7 pregnancies, can't say that I have ever experienced it. But I think it would happen if the daddy to be truly cares and is wanting to be there thru everything with you. Its not as if he is trying to gain weight...but feels eating with you is important. Just my opinion.

You know what, some men do gain the weight because they don't want you to feel left out... They want you to know that they are there with and for you every step of the way... Even if it does mean gaining a bit of weight to make you feel better about yourself... Some men just use it as an excuse to get fat!Lol
