looking for an ESL job

Hello fellow mylotters. I'm looking for an ESL job somewhere in Asia but I observed that most schools hire native speakers from USA, UK, Australia, Canada, Ireland and New Zealand. It is frustrating to know that a non native speaker like me have a tiny chance in this profession. Any suggestions Please! thanks in advance.

You mean USA and others got first preference, in that case it is obvious it is because of their vocabulary and fluency over the language. If you pass with distinction in TOEFL(TEST OF ENGLISH AS FOREIGN LANGUAGE), I think so even you will be given preference for ESL JOBS.
