I have really been a horrific smoker all these years.I have enjoyed smoking for years together & have decided to quit.Any suggestions for quitting smoking?
Do you smoke & have you ever thought of quitting?If you have already quit how did you do it?

In fact, a long time ago I just social smoker. I smoking When I ghat and hang out with my friend. and after known bad affect from smoking, I stop it. My ways just not buy a smoke. When my friend invited me, I rejected it.
Just like that, and now I am non smoker
