One question regarding joyclick site?

I am member in joyclick. Everyday they give some clicks for ads and some exchange links. What does this exchange clickmeans. we do not get cash for those clicks but only exchange credits. They increase so fast but when are they converted to points or cash. can anybody explain in simple way? Thanx
