how to improve my blog?

Hii friends i have recently started my own blog.Ofcourse its by eblogger.
Iam new to blogging. I don't how to make people take a look at my blog. CAn you people help me build my blog?
I have posted only three posts in it..
i hope I can find some valuable guidance here in mylot
