What new thing are you cooking for thankgiving dinner?

Well, its that time of year again! Most of us will eat our fill of turkey and dressing. But, for a change of pace, is anyone cooking anything unique for dinner? If so, what?

Not this year. I'm more of a traditionalist when it comes to the holidays and don't see any reason to make something different just to be different.
