Depacco - Site is not working

I have read info about Depacco being a scam site. But I was mid way into it and did not want to stop. So I continued reading e-mails from them and collecting points. But as of today when I am nearing my payout, I could not login to the website and it shows as message as "This account has been suspended". Is it the same for all you guys?
Is Depacco really a scam site?

My college friend also joined this ( 2 months ago ) and has same incident like you. I think it has scam from beginning ( large amount dollars can you earn always scam at the end ).
