What do you like/dislike about the place you live?

What I like about my city is there is no extreme weather. It is about the same in the summer and winter. Also there are a lot of buses so I could travel easily even without a license. What I dislike about my city is also the weather since it is always foggy and wet no matter what season. Also there is not much to do here with only a movie theater and a skating ring.
What do you like/dislike about the place you're living at?

Likes are many and dislike is only one that is pollution.I live close to industries.Every week or before they release smoke you cant go out when they release that.really really bad...Other than that everything is very cool.No sound pollution,my home is very far from the road.another one is greenary,Total surrounding are with trees so always fresh air,peace.Youcant imagine thats really cool.

Yes, pollution is a big problem everywhere but being surrounded by trees is always nice and peaceful. They even get rid of some of the pollution in the air. Thanks for your response. Happy mylotting

Where I live I like the weather. Cool summers that are perfect and lots of snow in the winter. I like the low level of crime where I live, and love the downtown area which I live very close to.
I don't like the job market, it's slumping very hard right now and making it very hard for people to get by.

It seems a lot of people have snowing winters. I am so jealous 
There is also not a lot of crime in my area but when I travel to different parts of the city, it could get dangerous. I guess that's one of the differences with a big city and a small town. I think the job slump there is pretty much everywhere. Thanks for your response

I live inthe small town, not too small though. Public transportation is hard to find here, so you need to drive if you want to live here. But the town has a very good school, nice community, and I pretty much happy with where I am right now.
the thing that I don't like? maybe in the winter, the snow can get too much in here.

^.^ I also like the place I live though I find flaws with it sometimes. It is great your place has snow but perhaps a little annoying for you sine it happens yearly? Still think snow is great though. I've only seen it once or twice in my whole life. thanks for your response.

Hey anime! I have lots of things that I like and dislike about
the city that I live in! We have a great bus system here so
we can get on it and travel to the next city up from here where
there is also lots to do! We have lots of movie theaters,
restaurants, shopping, skating rink, game stores, and all
sorts of things for entertainment in my city! But, you need
to have money to do anything! I can walk to the stores and
the bus from where I live which is great! The city up from
mine is my favorite for shopping, movies and restaurants when
I do have some money to spend! There is outside entertainment
for free sometimes and nice fountain to sit at! There is
always things to do here! We also have a Casino right here
about 15 minutes on the bus from where I live! Gambling!
I still haven't been there, but I'm planning on going very
soon! The weather is iffy because we have 4 season and the
Winters here can be very bad! We have serious ice and snow
and very cold temperatures! That makes it difficult to get
around! But, I love where I live and have lived here all my
life! Want some fun? Come to Yonkers, NY!

I knew you were talking about New York. One of the great things about big cities is the easy transportation. I have to travel quiet awhile to get to any casino but it's not like I can gamble yet. I still like being in the casinos for some reason. Hope you win some money whenever you decide to go. Thanks for your response.

The place I live in is a small town but not a big city. What I like about it is that its air is fresh ,streets are not croud ,people are friendly and things are cheap.What I dislike is that ,it is really too small,it just take us half a hour to travel around the centre of the small town by bus .

I also love the smell of fresh air in small towns. My college is in a small town so maybe I would know how living in a place like that would be like soon. I also feel the city where I live in is too small. I guess because I've been everywhere already and there's nothing new. ^.^ Ah, thanks for your response
