i usually buy three pair that way i can always have a pair to match what i am wearing. you can recycle old pairs and have the new prescriptions put in them that will give you even more choices for less.

Funny you should ask I usually only buy one pair at a time. However this past May I brought two pairs because they were having a special. If I had brought one pair it was going to be $95.00. If I brought two pairs it was only going to be $105.00. I don't understand the logic but for $10.00 more I got another pair.

2 pairs for 105 not bad at all. I think the total for all 7 of ours was right around the 130$ mark, I could be wrong but it wasn't much more then that. The receipts are packed at the moment so I can't check. But check out http://www.zennioptical.com

Last time me and my girl bough eye glasses we bought 7 pairs or so between us. I tend to break them, and she wanted some frames in different colours. It has served us well. Cheers.

Yes. I always buy two pairs at a time. One will be a costlier one with good frame and the other simple fibre glass with wooden frame. Simple one I use for cooking and the costlier to the office and other outings. But now I use the costlier one at home also as I am not going for work.

I usually buy a prescription once in while. However, I keep my old prescription in use especially if my eyes are not ready for new prescription. Also I keep my old prescription when I don't want the headaches that come with the new prescription. so technically, I own two pairs but only use one one at a time. I keep the extra just in case I misplace the pair that I am currently using and avoid the hassle of going to and from the optometrist.
