Best online bank account for verifying PayPal?

I'm 18, but don't currently have a bank account since I'm fortunate enough to have my parents still pay the bills to keep me under a roof. However, as I mentioned in one of my earlier myLot threads, I want to verify my PayPal real quick, so that I can buy some textbooks off of a website. What's the best site where I can make an online bank account, verify my PayPal, and then close the bank account (to avoid any future fees of any sort) once I receive my textbooks from the seller? Thanks.

To Open a Personal Paypal Account you don't need a bank account. The Advantage of having a bank account is that you can transfer the funds to your account. However Paypal has an Option of sending you a cheque. Ensure that you are opening a personal account , not premium or business accounts.
