twinkie cake wich version is better?

The version w/ pie filling on top? Or pudding on top? I've never made one or eaten one & hubby wants to make one for our DD's b-day later this week.

hi again snuggle if I knew just what a twinkie cake is I might be able to give a more learned response. It sounds like it would be delicious['and I would love to try one.Is the cake a sponge cake'like cake or what? I am thinking of the twinkie cupcake'thingies'we used to buy when I was a kid. T think Hostess made them.

Yep you use the actual pkg's of twinkies as the "cake" base

I'm really not a big fan of the twinkie cake. If I had to chose one then I would say the pudding on top.
