People usually prefer some soft, relaxing music in order to deal with stress.Atleast that's what my friends do.But on the contrary I listen to some powerful rock music like "Linkin Park" or "Evanescence" to reduce stress or forget painful stuffs. What sort of music do you listen to,to reduce your stress?

I'd definitely say that I'm more like you when it comes to what I listen to. In general I am not really into soft, relaxing music, actually to me--that would be the opposite, I would just be like I can't stand this. I like all kinds of rock and pop, lately I have been listening to Lifehouse a lot to deal with some stuff, and that has helped, also Shinedown and Papa Roach. So I guess I'd say my stress music ranges from emo to harder stuff like Linkin Park, Evanescence--like you said. Also, when I really want to try to not to deal with stuff or feel, I will listen to pop, like upbeat disney pop and stuff, oh, and also Taylor Swift, kinda pop/country--when I need another perspective on things. But when it comes down to it, I always seem to come back to my roots, the music that really means something to me, that I can really relate to. Basically music is my lifeline, I need it to feel sometimes.

I like to listen to some of the simplicity of folk songs.Or light music. To reduce the psychological pressure on me.In addition,I like to drizzle in the sky.Standing in the rain.See the rain, feel the plush feeling of rain into his face.Listening to soft songs. All my troubles disappear.
