I tend to lose weight when I am stressed. I try to combat stress through exercise, mediation and yoga. Just take a little time out to take care of me and "have quiet time" to recharge myself.

I am learning to deal with my stress and I hope that helps me deal with my health too. I think that if I deal with my stress then I will have a better head on my shoulders to think it all out and plan out my day better. I hope it works because that is my plan.

I feel when I'm stressed i just need to get out and do something i enjoy and keep everything else behind me. Also when i can't do this i take medicine that was prescribed to me by a doctor as i have a bad stress level at times, lately its been good as i haven't had to much stress. I have noticed i have lost a lot of weight lately but i haven't really felt to stressed out. There are times i get pissed off of course and don't feel like talking and then when someone keeps asking you or saying the same thing over again like my boyfriend does i get angry and then i feel stressed out and he hasn't got the fact that i hate it or maybe he does it because he knows i hate it.

Hello, One thing I always do when I feel stressed is pray, then take some time and go workout. It helps me alot working out . Working out relaxes my whole body ,helps me release all the tension inside me.

It depends on each person how stress affects them. Some gain weight others loss it. Some people don't even realize that they are under stress until the one thing that stressed them out is taken away from them. Other people don't realize their stress if someone points it out to them. Like, "Wow you look stressed".
