I enjoy eating fruits are a meal as a replacement to sweet desserts. But I also heard that fruits should be eaten alone before any food is eaten. So I sort of do both and I usually just eat only fruits as snacks.
Now , i want to eat fruits before the meal , they said , can lost weight . but many times i eat them after dinner . just i want to eat and eat . many kinds of fruits i like to eat . like grape , lichee , longan~~~~~~
i love eating fruits after eating lunch and dinner, like mango, banana and pineapple, it is very sweet and many vitamins can i get on those food, and help us to avoid diseases, and maintain in good shape.
