Yes it is a scam. Better you not join it. Check out well before joining any site. Or try joining GPTBank. There you will get the list of genuine sites and scam sites. Happy mylotting!

Hey vsethu! Yeah! No-mincashout is 100% scam. I have been a member of this site, requested a payment from them but never got any. I would stay away from this site. It's a waste of time. Happy MyLoting!

If you are talking about donkey group - no-minimum.com, it is legit only. I have received payments from that site 2 times. I think, other respondents are talking about nomincashout.com. As per my knowledge no-minimum.com is legit only. Only thing is it will take lot of time to reach minimum payout. But you can reach minimum payout fast by using paidtosignup and ptp.
