some Friendships...die when you get married

How many of you have experienced this? I have a few very good friends, with whom I used to roam around..From college to our respective career fields, we stuck to each other, and met whenever possible..I am the first one of them to get married..and suddenly I find a widening gap in our interaction. Most of the time I am busy with my husband..and whenever free after office, I find myself calling my husband, or inlaws or other family members..Where has the room for friendship gone from my life? Surprizingly they have also stopped calling or visiting me..ITs agonizing and sometime I feel desperate..How many of you have felt in the same way and why so?

That is the fate of a girl's friendship in our country.Men have the freedom to maintain their friendship and they can have a balanced life with their family and friends. But girls are supposed to live within the house and they are burdened with house hold duties.Yet,you can continue your friendship through mobile and internet at the comfort of home.Present day girls has this communication facilities.Cheers!

well u right, but I feel suddenly friends too feel to withdraw, because when a girl is married her talks sound different..In my case, I completely changed from a complete free minded, independent rebel and ambitious girl to a drastically chnaged amicable, homely girl...seems friends do not like me with my new awtar

Every girl has to change like that. So,don't you worry.Your friends will understand your change as soon as they gets wedlock.Until then, have contacts with them without fail.Nourish your friendship so that they will not blame you more.Time will solve all the misunderstandings.Cheers!
