Is it the art work or a portrait which hangs on your walls? Is it worth looking again & again? In my room I have two art works which were done by my wife. What do you have?

Liz, being a critter sitter, has dedicated one wall of the livingroom to passed on dogs/cats she's taken care of. On the opposite wall is 4 1/2' diameter landscape I painted because she wanted something for over the couch...Over the computer hangs my mom's wedding photo and our critters that have passed on and a portrait I painted of our Maggie, a raggedly old yorkie who adopted me. Besides that there's a small curio display I made for Liz so she could show of her miniature treasures, a couple older bird prints and some stock type prints.. ENJOY!

I have a lot of different hings hanging on the wall in my house. In my room since I'm a single girl i have some pictures with fashion dresses in them and then i have some glittery shoes that hang in a picture box above my bed with a sign that says glamor. I also have a push pin black and white board that holds pictures then i have some Paris hanging stuff above my mirror that are pretty cool looking then i do have another picture frame that holds 6 pictures in it that will soon be hanging on the wall. I just re did my bedroom and I'm loving the new feel of it. In the family room there is a mickey mantle picture hanging on a big wall since its a pretty big picture then in the same room there are some yankee things hanging up then i have a big candle thing that hangs in the wall in there also. Also hanging in this room are some metal looking art things that are different and they hang above the door ways. There is alot more things hanging around the house of course but these two rooms are were i am the most and what other people see the most as well.

I don't have that many things hanging on the walls at home. I should really jazz it up a bit. In my room, I have a calendar on the wall, and a few pictures of the special people in my life, but that is more located near my desk and workspace. Apart from that I have a lovely mirror on the wall too. I guess some artwork would be pretty nice.

Hi Krupesh, I want my walls to be just walls. I prefer not to have so manythings hanginf. I have only 3 wallpieces all the three paintings done by me two in one room and the third in another. There is not even a clock on the walls. I enjoy my walls like this. Happymylotting

hi krupesh, on my living room wall i have "The Kiss" by Klimt ~ i love this painting. on my dining room wall i have a print of "Les Miserable" whisch is my favorite play. yes i think those two are worth looking at again and again because with "The Kiss" there is alot of emotion being shown. there alot of colors in it. and it is a decent size to hang above a couch. the "Les Mis" is one i will never part with it is a play i love and the print was a gift from my godmother after we had seen it together.

Near this computer table, I hang a white board. I used it to write down to do list, numbers, memo and more. It served as my doodle board as well. I bought it to practise writing for my first class. Next to it is a framed solved puzzle. It's been there for years. We also have pictures of scenery around the house and calendars and that is all.

I want to make things simple as it demonstrates the kind of person that I am. I only have 3 flower portraits on the right side of our living room wall. And on the opposite side of it is our 10-year old wall clock.
