The Magic Pools...

Pool... - Pool...

This discussion is just for fun and was inspired by a video I watched. The person doing the video asked the question and I decided I wanted to hear the ppl of MyLot’s responses. Here it is: If you could fill a pool with anything, besides water, what would it be? Now most ppl will immediately say money (especially in this economy)…soooo I’ll be nice and give you two great big pools you can fill with anything. I’d pick money for one pool b/c that would ease a lot of stress off me and the other one I’d have special pizza’s (I do love pizza) that is completely weight-free (you don’t gain an ounce no matter how much you eat LOL). If Hubby didn’t get his own, I’d share the money but not the pizza… So what would it be and why choose that? Would you share with your spouse or would they have to have their own pools? Diamonds. Money would lose it's value over time due to inflation - as they say diamonds are forever.

Yes, that is all true..Diamonds and Gold are two things that will probably last forever.

How about a pool of some kind of rejuvenating liquid? Have a dip and return to your peak condition...

Ooooo I like this one...I've hit 41 and I could use a pool that could turn my body back 18 years old again. ~~AT PEACE WITHIN~~ **STAND STRONG IN YOUR BELIEFS**

I don't know if I'd go back to 18, but I was "damn fine" at 32.

The first thing that hit me was to fill a pool with jello. That would be so much fun squishing around in. I didn't even think about filling the pool with money, but yeah...I think that would be better than squishy jello -- way more useful! Thanks for posting a fun discussion.

LOL Never thought of jello...you could eat it after you played in...though I'd make sure that rule of "NO PEEING IN THE POOL" was followed LOL ~~AT PEACE WITHIN~~ **STAND STRONG IN YOUR BELIEFS**

Jello's always my first reaction too, but ya know what? I'm relatively sure it would suck you in and suffocate you!

oh twoey wow what an idea I want one pool with one hundred dollar bills filled to the brim, and the other pool would be a zillion'bowls of sphagetti with meat sauce all nice and frozen and packaged so it wou ldnt spoil and thenI would give allthese to our kitchen here so our residents could have chile as often as they liked.the money from the first pool would go into our bank accounts.we would move me out of Gold Crest and my son out of his apartment,we would buy him a computer business and we wou ld move into an apartment for two and mywhat a nice dream this is wow. imagination is so free. as for the chile why not i love the stuff and I am sure most of the residents here would also.we dont get chile that often here. the money pool I would share with my only family,my adult son.

My pool would absolutely have to be filled with chocolate. If that ever happened, no one would see me here for a long time because I'd be spending days in the pool...lol. If I lived next door, I'd share mine if you'd share yours. I love pizza too.

well you are right the first one would be money, i would only want the money because i want to buy a house.....Then the second pool would be filled with money for my daughter & her children...I know that might sound like something you do not really expect, but my daughters husbamd lost his job, and the kids do not have cable & no internet, so they need the money...Actually i would choose one half money & the other half food, that would be for the children....OMG wishful thinking, it makes the heart pound....

Actually, twoey, I would just want a magic bucket that whenever I reached in it, the money would be there for necessities only. Like the mortgage, car insurance, car repairs, medical bills, etc. Not for wants, just needs. If that was to ever happen, don't think we would never be poor again but we will never be rich which is just fine with us. Just want to be able to live comfortably.

My first thought was chocolate pudding! lol But then I imagined the stomachache (and other problems) that would follow. But still, I can't think of a better answer than that right now.

It is fun discussion. How about this, one of the pool I fill it with milk. I heard milk good for our skin. And the other I fill it with diamonds. If I need money I just take one little piece to jewelry store and sell it. hahaha.

Hi Twoey, if I had a pool and couldn'y have water in it I would have snakes in there and breed them or use it to breed dogs and that would be their kennel at night...a perfect place to do anykind of that only for both there would have to be a cover over the pool so they couldn't get out..LoLo

I think I would fill one pool with airline tickets so my sons and I could see each other anytime we wished! I could see the rest of my family, too! The other I would fill with good health because you can have all the money in the world but you can't enjoy it unless you have good health.

Two pools...How big we talking about kiddie pools or the little bit bigger pools? Well, yeah money would be one thing we would want one filled it..either that or solid Gold would be nice...In the other..since it is going to be guilt-free and I can't gain no weight..a huge pool of Lasagna, spaghetti, or Pizza even one of those three and I would eat till I turned blue..

To be creative, I'd fill one pool full of precious jewels (i like all the pretty colours, they're worth money, and I can make some of them into unique things for myself, and my loved ones) and the other pool would be a gigantic cafe mocha latte from Second Cup, that always stayed heated. YUMMY!!!!!

I think that I would have to say that I would want to have two pools each, not for any greed really but so that we would be comfortable! One pool would be filled with the pizza's that are weight free, like you have said. Half of the pizzas would be cheese and pepperoni, the other half would just be cheese, but extra cheese on those pizzas. My fiance LOVES pizza, so if they made pizza that was the healthiest it could be, I'm sure we'd be eating that everyday! The other pool would be filled with vast land, I know that sounds odd, but I live in the country and absolutely despise construction! lol! For my fiance's pools, I can't particularly say though I know he'd be on board that boat (the pizza boat that is!). Also I guess I would have to say he'd also enjoy having an endless supply of his favorite video games! lol!

I would definitely fill my pool with books! - and another pool filled with time to read them. Sounds pretty good to me!
