Wich is more respected by your kids, mom or dad

Hi mylotters,especially to all parents.There is parents who educate their kids with different way between Mom and Dad.I mean,when Mom blew her kid but Dad help the kid.So,kids will respect and shrunk to mom only or dad only.How about you.Would you share here,please.Thankyou.

My kids tend to respect their father more than they respect me. I'm the one that is home with them all of the time, but I am also the more easy-going of the two of us. I discipline the kids by sending them to their rooms but I always try not to raise my voice at them. My husband has that authoritarion tone of voice with the kids so that when he speaks they listen. They rarely misbehave when he is home, but in the case of my daughter she will try to back talk me all the time when her dad isn't home.
