Track people adding my link to different sites

I have a website and it has "Add this" button by which any visitor can submit my website to various other social website. The problem with it is that it is not tracking to which respective user profile. I would like to have a addin/javascript by which the visitors will be able to bookmark my site to the social sites as well as track who has bookmarked it. Is there any such available script?
