A story tells that two hedgehogs huges each other from warmth. Since they have worns over theri bodies, they will hurt each other when they are too close, but they will feel cold when they are remote, which vividly expresses the subtle relationship between people. In the job market, people would like to deal the relationship amony the leader, colleagues and clients that won't hurt and can also warm each other?

I can't believe it. Because at the present time they will do something that we will not expect. How if they can get your job and say sorry i need this job? However we must separate job market from our friends

Hi, You know I think sometimes that if you decide to pursue a friendship with someone at the office that it is a fine line, you don't really know for sure if your connection is based on friendship or honesty, or something else? You can't always trust your fellow co-workers and you shouldn't divulge really personal information that just might bite you in the booty! I'd say if you work in a larger company with different departments that you can be friends with say people in a different department, but it is more difficult in a small company. I once worked for this larger company and surprisingly I did meet some really good friends in my department that I'm still friends with today, but as a general rule I don't like to do that, and I prefer to be on my guard with coworkers.
