knowledge or money

hello all,
I am working as Computer System Administrator from last 9 years. after this long period i found i am getting so much knowledge but not money.
friend's do you think that i choose wrong field or my choice is correct coz i am getting so much knowledge everyday.
what is your view...

Perhaps there are so many possible reasons ...
Is your current employer providing yearly increases based on performance?
Are you considering doing something drastic such as changing jobs?
But then again if you are getting so much knowledge in your present job and your personal expenses allow, it may be wise to keep advancing in knowledge
just in case the job market gets tighter than it is now :)
