Has mylot ever replied to your questions???...i am really sad ..... :(

I consider mylot as my best online earning site, but one thing i have to complain about mylot....the administrators are so busy that they never answer ur queries....i had contaced them for one of my problem. I can't upload banners at my profile, though i know how to do it, i have also tried by giving password to my closest friend and they added banners on my profile, as i directed them to...but i can't do it myself using my pc....but after 8-10 days also i am waiting for their reply..and not getting any response.....can anyone tell me how to solve this problem of mine.....i have downloaded adobe reader, adobe flash player everytihng that was in my knowledge....and i also tried different browswer, but my problem is not solved .....i feel very sad when i see so may people posting the banners a their profiles......and yes...one more thing i want to tell that if it was teh problem of my pc, then i would not have been able to put banners at other sites...like my blog etc...you can see how nicely i have done it at bloggers... http://legitonllinesites.blogspot.com/ Help required...and appreciated in advance

I do love mylot and it also is for me where you can earn money and not being scammed, and also loving the site as the same time! However, I have to agree with you when you say staff aren't helpful. I sent out a complaint with a question around 2 months ago, and still no reply. It's just quite surprising how they have time to go around and delete other people's discussions and posts, but not enough time to answer our questions.

This was when a member on mylot made a discussion for everyone to copy and paste this e-mail to the mylot staff. It was about how the rating system is unfair and how one person can change our whole reputation. Mysdianit, I remember you being part of that discussion. =)

I know it can be frustrating when you contact the Admins abnd they do not respond BUT I try and put myself in their position. I have contacted them several times over the last few months and they have got back every time if my query was not something already answered in the FAQs or something that did not really need a reply. One day this week when I contacted them I had a response 4 minutes after I mailed them! I feel that is depends entirely what your query is whether they respond or not and with 180,000+ I guess a huge number do get in touch with them and it would be impossible to respond to all

I haven't tried it for myself but I will be interested in using banners on my profile. I have many sites and will be using banners to tell others about them. But my main intention for being here is to improve my typing and english skills. Happy mylotting!

I had a problem how to delete one of my posts when I just joined the website. Then I sent a email to the staff of mylot,but I did not get any reply. Then I tried it again still had no answer. Then I totally gave up. It’s really upset. Now I use the website more and I realised the website is really popular with people around the world. So I understand that the staff really has no energy to answer all the problems about the website. If you have any problem you can post a discussion about it on my lot website. There are so many amazing members who can help you to resolve it and all can make money too.
