What would you have done if you knew some 9/11 type terrorists?

Just being a average citizen i would turn it over to the authorities if i found out something like that, and i would hope that they would use whatever methods they could to get the information out of that person to stop it.

But luckily for me there are CIA interrogators who will threaten but NOT attack the prisoner with a power drill, wave unloaded weapons at them, cause them to be sleep-deprived,make them eat without utensils and blow second-hand smoke at them. I don't think torture is something I could administrate. I don't feel comfortable condoning it. But there has to be someone who can get the information because once someone has committed themselves to the murder of innocents, their lives must be forfeit, right? Doesn't the law require that?
