Great idea. I am planning the same thing but I have 6 children and I don't want anybody to be in our wedding except for maybe my dad. If not than I'll have my son give me away. My other son will be the best man or maybe the ringboy. I have 4 daughters that will be flower girls. I don't need any brides maids. I just want me him and my kids. I just think that would be sooo cute.

It is entirely up to you. Waiting can be a good thing. Having a baby at a wedding can cause problems. If she cries during the ceremony it can be disruptive. It is better to have her grow up a bit. That way she can enjoy the attention too. My niece who was 8 months old was the flower girl at my wedding. Her mother carried her in her arms. She was so sweet.

My youngest son was my ring carrier at two years old, how old is your daughter? I've also seen a couple get married with their newborn daughter as their flower girl, the mother and father both holding her juring the vows.

If that is what you want to do, then do it! If someone else is saying otherwise, this is YOUR day!!! I think that is very sweet! Do you have anyone else in mind? Maybe what they could do if old enough of push your daughter down the isle in a little carriage or wagon or something. I have seen pictures of that and it is sooo sweet! Congrats none the less!
