What do you think of female security guards?

When I first heard of female security guards working in countries such as Philippines and Thailand back in the 1980s,I was surprised. I wondered in fact, whether they could do the work. They were not as strong as man. They can be molested, raped,harmed and murdered too. These days, I see female security guards in my country, Malaysia. They are demure and smile a lot. I doubt they can do work as hard as those imported Gurkha and Myanmar guards. Do you have any female guards working in your country?. What do they do they do? Guard banks, warehouses ,colleges and hotels? Pray tell.

Yes, as you stated, there are female guards here in the Philippines. Most of them are in the malls inspecting bags and pockets of every female who enter the area. They are friendly too. As a girl, I feel more secure when female guards are around.

I'm in the USA and Mexico and yes they do it all! They've been doing this for years! Your country is just catching up with the rest of the world! Get with man, and grow don't be narrow minded! They can relate to female offenders more than men can! They do a good job and if properly trained they know their life is on the line and can take care of themselves, just because they may not be as strong as a man doesn't mean anything! tdemex
