I teach my son how to do house hold, since he should know different house hold task. Everybody should work in the house especially if there are no school, and work. They need to know any since they will grown up. This is also for their own sake to be independent.

My fiance and I both share the housework. As I don't work and he does, I do a little more of the housework, but my fiance doesn't help. He does do some of it. I don't really even have to ask him to help me out. He simply does it, because he wants to help out with the housework.

In our household we both do the work around the house because we both work full time. I do the majority still yet since I only work 3 days a week but on the days I work he will do the dishes and taking out the trash along with vacuuming and bathing our son. It helps when there are 2 of us working together in our household that way it doesn't all pile up while I am away to work.

That sounds nice. I feel so unfair if our women take all housework. But not only my mom, almost all of the woman in my hometown do the same thing, they just get used to that, it's a kind of cultural background that has formed for a long history.

Yes, my husband helps me with the housework. We both believe that there is nothing effeminate in men doing household chores. In fact, it is a display of love for one another and partnership in all things. The only thing that he does not do much of is cooking.

The man in my house are hold to the fact that woman do the housework. So I need to ask them to at least carry their plate to the sink and wash it. Since they don't do housework, I let them do the small grocery (provided with the shopping list by me), throw out the trash, water the plants and other job that doesn't involve cooking, cleaning and such.
