antisocial elements are not born but made what do you think

I think that antisocial elements are not born but are made.No one wants to be a antisocial element right from his childhood.I think the situations they are in and the problems they have faced make them hate the society or they are manipulated by someone saying that they are being deprieved of their rights.. I think terrorists are the people who have come from utter poverty and don't know what to do except join in that sect.And most of them are being manipulated under the cover of religion
If the living conditions of the poor are made better i think we can reduce these antisocial elements what do you say?

It is the lack of a caring community that makes an environment for hate and crime. it is a very broad concern and I think you can start in your community and share the good things and volunteer and make everybody a part of it. The change relies in yourself and sharing is the best thing that you can do to start.

Ya Even I agree to this. After all there is no chance by which a baby is born evil. The society is responsible for this. The environment the grow up also plays a major role in this.
