I am not at all adventurous, I don't take risks, I don't like sports full stop and certainly wouldn't risk my life for an adrenalin rush, like a lot of the adrenalin junkies get when they participate in extreme sports. I just like the quiet life it seems. However I do partake in weight training at the gym, but I don't call that extreme, I also do a lot of running, cycling and training again that is not extreme, extreme for me would be doing 10 lengths in a swimming pool, I am not a strong swimmer so that would possibly half-kill me! I think swimming is probably the nearest I'd get to an extreme sport activity, I don't like swimming because it's boring and because I get tired quick.

hi wolfie, you are still lucky as you know a lot of sports not the typical lazy bones..anyway you are right extreme sports are for people who like to become difference above the rest..this type of people who engage in extreme sports are prepare to face their fear as some says its a solution to eliminate some phobias such as having the fear of height, open spaces etc..But, what really important is for a person who know to enjoy life in whatever fun you like to engage be it in simple sports or extreme sports...what matters is you give your best to your choosen vocation..

yeah, I find extrem sports very challenging but I like to do is sky diving before i die of course with a companion so that if the parachute never open i have companion when i die..lol.. They are extreme to be so call but they test your fear and some says the best way to fight your fear is to face it, meaning if you are afraid of height you need to get engage more in height related activities to fight your phobias.

Yeah, it is better for you to walk as a light exercises than running as you really not into it..it is good to choose your own method of exercises which effectively works on you and you never get tired..
