What do you think about Pendet Dance ?

Undoubtedly, Pendet is Indonesian heritage. But learning from cases against Malaysia, i hope Indonesian government pay more attention to the preservation of Indonesian cultural heritages.

There's only one statement regarding this problem. The one who claimed Pendet as their culture (beside Indonesia of course) is rather stupid. I mean, it was created, danced, known, for good as Indonesian culture. So, it's impossible if it's claimed as other nation's culture. Weird.

As you know pendet dance contains hinduism. That was impossible to malaysia when they have to make it. They didn't know about pendet conceptually, originally. They could call like nonsense claims. Malaysia has harbour the religion of moeslem more than 80%. Compare by Bali that has 90% of hinduism, malaysia thinks pendet are theirs. People of Europe to know pendet is from indonesia. The first of pendet dance are coming to explain about genealogy of pendet. I'm sure 99% it works to silence malaysia.
