Well yes. You can withdraw your money to your bank account as well. There are 3 methods of withdrawing your money from paypal. One id withdrawing it to your bank account for which they charge a minimum of 1$. Second is withdrawing the money to your credit card for which they charge 5$. and third is requesting your payment by a cheque, which i dont think is available for all countries. So u will have to check.

of course you can use your debit card to transfer money from paypal to your debit card... there's 2 option there of where to transfer or withdraw your money.. you have to choose withdraw to bank account if you used debit card.. and withdraw to card if your using credit card... Just go to profile and add your bank account for your debit card..

once you are verified you can apply for a paypal debit card. that allows you to get money from a atm from your paypal.
