It's not suggested to inject the new vaccine now,cuz the virus may change quickly in the coming the days. The vaccine may not help a lot,or may be useless.Keep healthy is the best way facing H1N1...

Actually I am not afraid but a little bit worried about this H1N1 influenza. The disease that these viruses cause, swine flu,is unlike any other influenza but it doesn't have a appropiate medicine and treatment for the recovery of this disease. So not only me,all the people in the world is thinking about this H1N1 virus seriously.

For myself I'm not afraid, but my husband has heart and kidney problems, from what I understand those with underlying health conditions are at a higher risk. Also my daughter was born extremely premature, although she is a healthy 7 year old now I dread the flu season each year as she gets really sick with a lot of wheezing (weak lungs). I am trying to fed my family very healthy meals and am boosting our vitamin intake, especially vitamin C. Also after going out we gargle and wash hands when we come home. Got a nasty fright the other day. One young boy that I teach English to at home said his brother had the swine flu, caught it riding the train to the next town!! When this kid left I got the rubbing alchol out and sprayed everywhere. Wiped the cards with alchol wipes and everybody had to gargle and wash hands. Tomorrow my oldest son is going to school in the next large city using the trains so when he comes back he will have to use the back door, straight into the bathroom shower and gargle, extreme, maybe but after almost loosing my husband last year (he spent a month in hospital) I am taking NO risks what so ever!!!
