Crowdspring.com ....Freelance work! Anybody had any positive experiences there?

I just signed up to that site a week back and have contributed to around 6 projects. I am just waiting now to see if my designs are chosen. To me it just seems a little strange as when you post your designs to them ...what actually stops them from just stealing them and not paying. Ah well.
