imreportcard.com not allowing Indians to join their community.

Hi I read the reviews about imreportcard.com and tried to create an account there. While creating, I was informed that I am from a country where the fraudulent activity is very high. They asked me to write something about my experience in Internet marketing. I did write and after clicking on "create account", I got a message that they are not allowing my countrymen to register anymore. Then whats the point behind asking me to write something to prove that I am a genuine user. I wrote it so well and with honesty. Can they assure me that no American is into fraudulent activity. Companies like these should keep in mind that there would not have been any development in the world if there is no India.
