did your co-worker ever take it in a wrong way?

This morning I went to work, my female co - worker was crying. I asked her what was going on, she told me that she was bullied by another female co - worker when they were doing the cross - training. I told her if she felt been bullied, she should tell the human resource manager to handle this matter. And I think she did. About my first break, some other co - workers discussed about it. And I heard that probably she took it in a wrong way. Because they knew the other lady who was claimed to bully her, actually she was a good employee, and she wouldn't bully people like that. Maybe it was a misunderstanding while they were doing the cross - training. Maybe she took it in a wrong way. Have this ever happened to you before?
