I have read on a daily that their are one country which do not do so.... just because the people are very busy with there job etc.Does not want to wast time and do those petty things..... I thing only the animals have this prerogative right to do so but as these as we know that a hugh lot of animals are being domesticated and as such they are feed with the same stuff that we humans are accustomed with while our domesticated animals are used to eat only the RAW and that is why it is very necessary to have their teeth be cleaned up...... some times every one of us in some way or in some situation haven't brushed their teeth....T/F

Hi rocket, thanks for letting me know the information about people in a country that are too busy to brush their teeth. I couldn’t imagine why they couldn’t eke out just a few minutes daily to have their teeth brushed As we know the gems harboring in between teeth and gum would damage the teeth. Having denture is not as comfortable as the genuine teeth for sure. Tooth is quite important to us. Without healthy teeth we couldn’t enjoy eating heartily. Yeah we need them to chew our foods properly. We would suffer from the severe toothache as well if having rotten tooth. We couldn’t speak nicely too if having incomplete incisor. Unhealthy teeth also would spoil our appearance and make us to look indecent. Here in my country people are used to brush our teeth at least twice a day. It has been a good habit sticking to us since the earlier childhood. A mini dentist clinic is available in every elementary school here to take care of the teeth of the pupils Happy posting and take care!

You are very much welcome rocket. Thanks for appreciating the above comment sharing here. Yeah, having this free dental care in school, parents don’t have to worry much about the health of their kids’ health anymore. They know every kid is taught to take care of the dental hygiene. Of course this is always very much welcomed by parents, especially those busy ones, as well as the low income families. But there are still a few rich families prefer their kids to have dental care at private clinic. They have less confidence on free government service Yeah, we always hope the kids of our country, the masters of the future, are healthy in both physical and mental when they grow up We have a saying in our place that eating fruits after meal would help to keep the teeth clean. I think this is quite similar to what you have mentioned above, animals eating raw food could enable them to have clean teeth. Have a nice day and happy posting

Ikbooi.... I liked your descriptive comments regarding the subject as well your vast experience on it.You and your country people are very lucky ones as it seems that Health is given a very important priority by your Government. Mini dentist clinic at every elementary school speaks a lot about, secondly the school from the children comes out are the future of the country and your Government have understood that very well, only Healthy people can have healthy and bright future for himself and as well for the country as a whole. Many many thanks for your valuable comments and your perception about the Dental hygiene.

Yes, I brush my teeth before I sleep but sometimes i forget when i get lay on my bed and sleep tired..Today I have brush my teeth thrice after every meals and I floss my teeth to get rid of the food which trap in between my teeth then I also gargle with mouthwash as tooth brushing alone is not enough to get rid of germs..

your are doing all the right thing its very good that you are taking extra precaution for your teeth. One must at least brush up their teeth before going to bed and if they can follow your path, not only they will have Diamonds in their mouth but will also have a healthy heart as it is directly connected with our mouth hygiene. Thanks for your valuable comments.

I do notice that I have more work to do to get my teeth clean when I eat certain foods. Sometimes I am very regular about brushing and sometimes I skip, but I always rinse with the oral irrigation appliance. I mostly use that instead of dental floss.

Its does'nt matter whether you are doing it as dental floss or brushing up,whats matter is that one need to have a hygiene system particularly the dental aspect which should be implemented at least once a day, and if possible when you feel that you have taken too much oily stuff or too much chocolates then one should do the extra brushing as well to keep the germs at bay. Thanks for you comments

I always brush my teeth! After I eat breakfast and just before I go to bed. I also brush my teeth if I'm about to go somewhere. I don't think having to go to work and having "other" stuff to do should be an excuse. I mean that is poor hygiene, and if you told your workplace you don't brush your teeth, they actually can fire you because you are not hygienically clean.

Very right pweety_princess, its really very bad if one does not follow the decorum, being hygienic not only keeps the person perfect it also helps that one is concerned of his / her health but also about the society in a whole nut shell. According to the physicians it is the most important part of our health to be hygienic particularly dental aspect, because one's dental condition speaks about every thing whether the person is going to have a heart attach in the coming days or not and like stuff. thanks for your valuable thoughts.

Your are really great, three times in a day is quite a record in a day. It's better to be hygienic in today's world. As every-one is very aware of the H1N1 and at the same time if one want's to be truly be healthy person one must follow your way of life style regarding health issue. Dental hygiene is very important, it's speak a lot about the person,as a whole but very important for his/her future health prospect, from the Mouth The physicians can conclude the coming / impending health issues. Thanks for your comments.

noooo... I dont brush my teeth before sleeping, I brush my teeth daily once only before taking bath because I am not finding that before sleeping or after eating we should brush our teeth, we should wash our mouth regularly and thats what I am doing, I wash my mouth after eating so thats my opinion

joshirajen, If possible make it before bed because you are giving too much time for the germs to grow and multiply if you are doing so only before bath!otherwise its okey to have it once a day. thanks for your comments
